The MARE has bias panels — a hallmark of the art deco period of the ‘20s and ‘30s, — descending from intricated ruched asymmetrical panels on the front and back of the knee length skirt. The 100% Pima Cotton Poplin allows the skirt to fall gently from the ruching to an easy a-line shape.
