“This summer I’m really inspired by the minimalist Danish styling of outfits: lots of sets, flip-flops and sneakers. I am so into the LOIE Top and SEREDA Skirt as a set—but I wanted to ground it a bit for the day and style it in a more Danish way. I tucked in the LOIE top’s collar and paired this smocked set with my thick strap black Havaianas and Merlette’s UPPSALA beaded black rope Belt for a casual but professional look. I wore this on a nine-hour outdoor set day, so my main goal was comfort while also feeling elevated. I prefer the flip-flop over a sneaker here so your eye is drawn to the ruffles at the waist and leg, and isn’t interrupted by a closed shoe. I like how the outfit stays really long by showing as much skin on the foot as possible.”
“After a long day on set (& many outfit compliments!) I was not ready to change out of this look yet. For a few after-work cocktails, I rolled up the skirt to shorten it a bit, untucked the LOIE top’s collar so the neck ruffle had its time to shine—and swapped out the flip-flops for a strong heel.”
“I really wanted to showcase the bow on the SERPENTINA Dress and draw the eye along the diagonal cut of the bodice. I tied the bow so it would sit perky on the back of my shoulder, peeking over ever so slightly. The bow on the back instead of the top of the shoulder felt very cheeky and playful, which I love. I paired this with a bow-and-rhinestone headband for some added glamour—and finished it off with a white shoe for a pop. The dress material is very breathable, so incorporating a few harder accessories felt like a nice juxtaposition.”
“The silhouettes of the SOL Top and THUN Jeans are so killer—I didn’t want to distract from the details and shapes that are naturally happening in each piece so I kept the styling super-minimal. This outfit was so much fun to wear and I’m already dreaming of the white version of this top! The LUNE bag and jeans have the same weaving detail, which was an easy way to keep the outfit thoughtful and cohesive.”
