Domestic (US)

Priority Mail (3-8 business days) - FREE
UPS Next Day - (Overnight) - $35

Orders received after 1:30pm EST will be processed the following business day. Orders received on Friday after 2pm EST, will be processed on the following Monday. 



FedEx Express (3-8 business days) - $40 

Merlette ships globally via FedEx International or Fedex International Ground for Canada.

The International shipping flat rate does not include duties or taxes. Depending on the value of your order you may be liable to pay duties. FedEx will contact you to complete the payment for the duties prior to your delivery.

Merlette does not ship to freight forwarding addresses. All orders placed using freight forwarding addresses will be cancelled immediately.


Merlette accepts returns in the US only within 7 days of receipt of order.

To return an item:

1.  Email us at stating the reason for the return.
2. You will receive an RMA number and instructions on where to return the item.

Merlette accepts returns via any trackable service. We will endeavor to respond to all returns requests within 24 hours. 

All sale items are final sale and not eligible for return.

Please ensure to notify us at within 7 days of receipt of your order. If 7 days have gone by since the date of receipt of your item, unfortunately you will not be able to return your item/s.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn, unwashed and in the same condition that you received it with hangtag in tact. It must also be in the original packaging.


Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. All shipping fees are non-refundable.


We accept exchanges for US orders within 7 days of receipt of order. 
If you need to exchange your item, send us an email at and you will be issued an RMA number and instructions. Items on sale are not eligible for exchange.
