SHIPPING


Domestic (US)


Priority Mail (3-8 business days) - FREE

Orders placed Monday - Friday before 1:00pm EST will ship out the following business day. 

Orders placed Saturday and Sunday will ship out the following Monday (excluding holidays).  Shipping charges are not refundable.

FedEx Standard Overnight - ( next business day ) - $35

Orders placed Monday - Friday before 1:00pm EST will ship out the same day and arrive the next business day.

If your Overnight Order is placed after 1:00pm EST, it will ship out the following business day.

Orders placed Saturday and Sunday will ship out the following Monday (excluding holidays).  Shipping charges are not refundable.

International

FedEx International (3-8 business days) - $40 

Merlette ships globally via FedEx International or Fedex International Ground for Canada. Please note we cannot accept International returns.

The International shipping flat rate does not include duties or taxes. Depending on the value of your order you may be liable to pay duties. Please check with your local customs office.

Merlette does not ship to freight forwarding addresses. All orders placed using freight forwarding addresses will be cancelled immediately.

RETURNS

Domestic (US)

Merlette accepts returns in the US only within 7 days of receipt of order, provided a return authorization has been granted. 

All sale items are final sale and not eligible for return or refund. 

To arrange for a return of an item:

1.  Email us at hello@merlettenyc.com with the order number, item you wish to return and reason for the request. 
2. Once reviewed, you will receive a Return Authorization number and shipping label.

Please ensure items are unworn, unwashed and in the same condition you that received with the hangtag in tact. It must also be sent in the original packaging. 

To request a return, please notify us at hello@merlettenyc.com within 7 days of receipt of your order. If 7 days have gone by since the date of receipt of your item, unfortunately you will not be able to return your item/s.

 

International

Please note that International orders are not eligible for returns at this time.

If your item is damaged or faulty, please contact hello@merlettenyc.com with clear images and we will advise you on how to return the item.

REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Once approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment that may take up to 7 business days.


EXCHANGES

We accept exchanges for US orders within 7 days of receipt of order. 

If you need to exchange your item, send us an email at hello@merlettenyc.com and you will be issued an RMA number and instructions. Items on sale are not eligible for exchange.
