Our Pre Fall/Fall 2024 collection finds its muse in the accomplished artist and actress, Jemima Kirke.
The mesmerizing face, encapsulated in a series of captivating images documented by filmmaker and photographer Guerrero's gaze, embraces authenticity as the pinnacle of perfection.
Jemima epitomizes the campaign, donning key pieces from the collection: hand-cut organza voile dresses, denim pieces in bold cobalt blue, and textural patchwork outfits. The creative team was inspired by the idea of a modern-day muse, a woman who is confident, independent, and unapologetically herself.
This collection was captured in a series of striking images at New York's Lotte Palace Hotel, under the creative direction and styling of Roxane Danset.
The campaign unfolds in the opulent suite at the hotel – a setting that mirrors the grandeur of both Kirke and our collection. The garments, ranging from simple yet elegant organic cotton jersey pieces to our standout voluminous duvet dress, all contribute to a sense of transformative realism.
The campaign presents a narrative of “rest as resistance” and comfort, symbolized by its centerpiece, the voluminous duvet dress with an 800-inch sweep, comparable to the signature Soliman dress. The collection's voluminous pieces are contrasted with tailored, waisted elements that skim the figure without clinging, exuding a sense of effortless comfort.
Inspired by the 1900s Catalan "Dansa Serpentina" film and iconic Alex Katz's abstract florals, the collection explores a captivating color palette of soothing summer hues of Flame and Lavender to bold fall colors of Forest and Cobalt, punctuated with Sahara and Ivory neutrals. The amalgamation of these colors represents a transition between seasons, embodying the collection's fusion of tradition and modernity.
